About the Workshop
Discovery workshops begin with looking deeply at your business, and end in seeing your business with fresh eyes. Whether you come as a closed group or as individuals looking to harness the experience, fresh perspectives, and minds of fellow startups and entrepreneurs, you'll leave with a clear way forward.
For most of you, that'll be a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) which marks your most important features of value that solve the most important problems. For some of you, it might mean more deep dives to assess product market fit, validate the value you offer, or pivot in some way.
Through a journey of sessions, group breakaways, and constant collaboration, we'll unpack the markets you play in and target markets you call your customers. We'll explore our whys and goals and focus on the value we bring to customers and the unique factors that set us apart from our competitors.
We'll learn to listen curiously and rethink humbly, all in the spirit of massaging our business into the best version of itself.
